QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Experience in food service preparation
2. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the board of education may find appropriate and acceptable
REPORTS TO: Food Service Director
JOB GOAL: To serve the students attractive and nutritious meals in an atmosphere of efficiency, cleanliness, and warmth
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Assist in the preparation of food portions and prepares cafeteria counter.
2. Assist in food handling after meal service is complete.
3. Assist in daily cleanup of kitchen area.
4. Assist in serving of meals.
5. Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding student and staff information in order to remain in compliance with legal requirements and to maintain a professional work environment.
6. Regular onsite attendance
7. Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Ten -month employee. Hourly wage established by
the board of education.
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the board's policy on evaluation of support services personnel. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
