Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather essential information regarding clients' mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, incorporating specific goals and therapeutic interventions.

• Provide therapeutic interventions including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused techniques.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups that promote peer interaction and resilience.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and holistic care for each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and case notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment to clients in distress, developing safety plans as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
