Customer Service Representative Location: Bremen, GA on-site Full Time Expected weekly hours: 40 hr/wk Key Skillsets: Customer support/service experience; Friendly, patient demeanor; Flexibility and eagerness to learn Compensation: $16.00/hr Website SyncGlobal Telecom, LLC./Crossbeam Job Description: The Crossbeam Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves in a frontline, customer-facing role. As such, this CSR will perform a variety of proactive and reactive functions that support SyncGlobal’s residential business segment. These functional areas of responsibility include fielding prospective subscriber service inquiries and active subscriber service requests, performing assigned new subscriber onboarding tasks, and maintaining subscriber-related account data. Additional Responsibilities May Include Community Outreach Initiatives. Job Duties and Responsibilities Make outgoing calls to individuals registered at Crossbeam.net with the intended goal of turning prospects into subscribers Make outgoing calls to individuals who submit orders through Crossbeam.net for the purpose of confirming service selection and explaining service activation process Respond to general service- and account-related questions and requests via phone and email Enter and/or update subscriber account data into billing and operating system software (Webtop) Develop product and industry knowledge sufficient to assist subscribers with service selection and to answer subscribers’ service- and process-related questions of a semi-technical nature Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution (preferred) Experience Customer support experience Strong phone contact handling skills Working in a team environment Driver Insurability Provide and maintain a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance Provide and maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report Must be at least 22 years of age Additional Skills And Abilities Pleasant and friendly telephone voice Excellent written and oral communication skills Type 40wpm with 95+% accuracy 10-key experience a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office suite Motivated and willing to learn Active listening Attention to detail Problem solving skills Sitting and/or standing at a desk for most of the workday Use computer for much of the workday Benefits Paid training Referral program On-the-job training Health insurance 401(k) 401(k) matching Paid time off Vision insurance Dental insurance Short term disability insurance Long term disability insurance SyncGlobal Telecom is an equal opportunity employer.
