Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing: Lead the team on deck and in the pool - Supervise, support, and train hourly staff, ensuring smooth class operations Coach instructors and serve as a lead instructor - Mentor swim teachers to deliver safe, engaging, high-quality lessons Celebrate student wins - Observe and encourage progress in the pool with students of all ages Support families - Help ensure each customer feels confident and cared for Stay organized - Assist with scheduling, performance evaluations, and enrollment goals Upload safety standards - Model and enforce our safety-first mindset for staff and students alike Qualifications What We're Looking For: You are 18+ years old with a passion for working with children You bring a positive energy, strong communication, and a natural leadership style You love helping others grow - whether that's a nervous toddler in the water or a new teammate You are available to work a consistent schedule, including weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends You are physically active and ready to be on your feet, in the water, and moving with purpose Pay Range USD $17.00 - USD $21.00 /Hr. Pay and Perks What You'll Earn The pay range for this position is $17.00 - 21.00 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and certifications. Entry-level team members start at the beginning of the pay range, with regular opportunities for pay increases as they grow.
