Job Title

Travel RN – ICU/CCU (Nights)

Location

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a combined ICU/CCU setting with a 2:1 patient ratio
• Assist with and monitor procedures including central line insertions, arterial line insertions, thoracotomies, bedside tracheostomies, and chest tube insertions
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech electronic documentation system
• Collaborate with supervisors and patient care technicians (PCTs) present on every shift
• Adhere to every-other-weekend scheduling requirements and float as needed
• Follow all facility dress code standards, including royal blue scrubs for RNs and applicable appearance policies

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hospital experience
• 2+ years of ICU/CCU specialty experience
• Active, unencumbered RN license — temporary licenses will not be accepted
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (required)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech electronic health record system
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
• CCRN or TCRN certification
