Maintenance Assistant - Part Time

Learn and grow alongside experienced maintenance leaders. What you’ll do Handle routine repairs (basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC support) and safety checks. Support projects, painting, landscaping, and curb‑appeal upkeep. Turn apartments efficiently and assist with urgent after‑hours issues on rotation. You bring Prior maintenance experience (senior living, hospitality, or property management) preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills; comfortable with tools and mobile tech. Able to lift up to 50 lbs; work indoors/outdoors in varied conditions.
