Conducting performance appraisals of direct reports – Quality Engineers and TechniciansEffectively communicate & present information to all levels of the organization – shop floor, direct reports, and management.Can define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.Use and train in the following quality tools – root cause analysis and problem solving, FMEA, control plans, PPAP, APQP, System audits, SPC.Strong computer skills.This position is responsible for the overall quality of the product produced and shipped to the customer including work instruction accuracy, customer satisfaction and overall employee knowledge of quality issues.
