We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.**The Role**We’re looking for an Inventory Control Analyst who can bring clarity to complexity and help us maintain the right inventory—at the right time, in the right place.**What You'll Do:****Data Analysis & Insights*** Analyze inventory, sales, and demand data to identify trends and risks* Build reports and dashboards that drive informed decision-making* Highlight opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements**Inventory Planning & Forecasting*** Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict demand accurately* Set inventory targets, safety stock levels, and reorder points* Continuously adjust plans based on business needs and market trends**Inventory Management*** Oversee inventory levels across multiple locations* Coordinate replenishment and ensure product availability* Investigate and resolve discrepancies or stock issues**Process Improvement*** Evaluate current inventory processes and identify inefficiencies* Implement tools, systems, and best practices to improve accuracy and speed* Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline operations**Auditing & Compliance*** Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure data integrity* Maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures* Proactively identify and address control gaps**What You'll Bring:*** Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field* Minimum 4 + years of relevant experience (or equivalent practical experience)* Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (SQL is a strong asset)* Solid understanding of inventory management and forecasting principles* Experience with inventory or ERP systems* Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills* Strong communication and collaboration abilities* Ability to work both independently and cross-functionallyThe estimated salary range for this position is $70K to $85k. plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
