This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the details while also serving as a trusted financial partner to ownership.The Controller will have responsibility for the full accounting function, including maintaining accurate financial records, managing the monthly accounting cycle, preparing financial reporting, and providing ownership with timely cash balance information and other financial insights needed to make informed business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and execute day-to-day accounting functionsManage the full accounting cycle and monthly close processPrepare financial statements, reports, and other management informationMonitor cash balances and provide regular updates to ownershipPartner closely with the owner on financial and operational mattersMaintain accurate accounting records across multiple entitiesIdentify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reportingUtilize QuickBooks Online for accounting and financial management
