Production Support

• Line Operation & Feeding: Loading raw ingredients or bulk materials (like concrete components, plastics, or food products) into processing machinery or conveyor lines.

• Product Sorting & Packaging: Removing finished goods from the production line, checking them for defects, and packing them into crates, boxes, or onto pallets for shipping.

• Equipment Monitoring & Control: Watching gauges, dials, and digital outputs to ensure the production machinery is operating within safe and efficient parameters.

• Palletizing & Staging: Stacking, wrapping, and securing finished product loads, then using pallet jacks or forklifts to move them to the warehouse staging or shipping docks.

• Heavy Lifting & Physical Upkeep: Regularly lifting anywhere from 35 to 50+ lbs, maintaining a clean workspace to avoid tripping hazards, and cleaning down machines between production batches.

• Quality Auditing: Pulling random product samples off the line to check weight, seal integrity, or visual defects, and logging those metrics to maintain strict quality compliance.
