We are seeking a motivated Admissions Director to lead census growth, build referral relationships, and enhance our presence in the community. What You'll Do Manage the full admissions process with rapid response times Drive census and payer mix goals Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners Lead marketing and community outreach efforts to promote our center and services Improve conversion rates (referral-to-admit and tours) through effective communication and relationship-building Manage online presence and reputation through reviews and online directories What We're Looking For 2+ years of healthcare experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of patients, families, and referral sources Results-driven and growth-focused with a passion for exceeding expectations What We Offer Competitive pay with bonus incentives for meeting and exceeding performance goals A comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off Daily pay option for added flexibility Career growth opportunities to advance your skills and expertise #J-18808-Ljbffr Elba Rehabilitation and Wellness Center
