Litigation Associate

A prestigious, national law firm is looking to add a Litigation Associate (2–4 years) to its high-growth, Chambers-ranked practice in Chicago . The Work Includes Representing corporate clients in complex commercial litigation across Illinois state and federal courts. Drafting substantive pleadings, dispositive motions, and appellate briefs. Managing discovery workstreams, taking/defending depositions, and preparing cases from inception through resolution. Collaborating closely with lead partners on trial preparation and strategy. What You Bring 2–4 years of complex commercial litigation experience at an AmLaw or highly regarded litigation boutique. Clerkship experience is preferred but not required. Active admission to the Illinois State Bar (or immediate eligibility to waive in). Strong academic credentials, a self-motivated mindset, and a desire to be a key player on a close-knit, collaborative team.
