Outside Sales Representative / Training Provided / Weekly Pay

Safe Haven Security, a leading national ADT Authorized Dealer, is seeking ambitious Outside Sales Representatives to protect homes and small businesses with smart security solutions. In this fast-paced, field-based role, you'll prospect in assigned territories, educate customers on smart home and security options, and close new accounts with weekly pay and uncapped earning potential. We provide comprehensive training in sales, product knowledge, and basic installation coordination, plus clear growth paths into leadership in our performance-driven, team-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Generate new residential and small business customers through door-to-door and field sales
• Educate prospects on ADT smart home and security solutions and qualify their needs
• Deliver persuasive in-home or on-site sales presentations and close contracts
• Schedule and coordinate basic system installation and activation with internal teams
• Provide follow-up customer support to ensure satisfaction and reduce cancellations
• Track leads, sales activity, and results in CRM tools and meet weekly sales goals
• Attend product, sales, and compliance training to stay current on offerings
• Represent Safe Haven Security professionally while working in assigned territories
