As the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily rental operations to ensure a seamless customer experience from arrival to departure, lead a team, manage fleet readiness, monitor performance, and make informed decisions that directly impact revenue and service levels.******Your Primary Focus Is To:********Operational Leadership***** **Oversee and streamline the rental process to minimize wait times and deliver fast, friendly, efficient service*** **Maintain a clean, well-managed, and diverse fleet that aligns with customer demand, including specialty vehicles*** **Forecast staffing and fleet needs using historical data and market trends*** **Monitor workflows and eliminate operational bottlenecks*** **Anticipate unexpected demand and implement plans to maintain smooth performance*** **Identify and resolve slowdowns across departments******Team Leadership & Development***** **Lead, coach, and develop a sales-driven team to meet revenue and performance goals*** **Monitor productivity and follow up consistently on team performance*** **Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members*** **Develop and enhance cross-training programs to strengthen team flexibility*** **Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement******Performance & Reporting***** **Monitor KPIs and adjust operational strategies to drive results*** **Generate and present detailed performance reports using advanced Excel*** **Make real-time decisions that balance customer satisfaction with company profitability******Process Improvement***** **Use operational data to improve workflows and staffing strategies*** **Simplify processes to increase efficiency and reduce delays*** **Encourage team members to contribute ideas that improve overall performance******Education and Experience****:***** **High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred*** **Experience with real-time monitoring tools and operational systems*** **Proven ability to lead and coach a performance-driven sales team******What You Bring:***** **Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills*** **Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting*** **Strong communication and leadership skills******We Offer:***** **Medical, Vision, Dental, 401k, Employee Discounts, Referral bonus*** **Company-paid Life Insurance*** **Company-paid AD&D Insurance*** **Flexible spending account*** **Parental leave*** **Employee assistance program**This role is exempt and pays $80,000 annually Employees have access to comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with prescription savings, along with a 401k retirement plan. Additional benefits include flexible spending accounts, a health savings account where applicable, employer-paid basic life insurance, optional supplemental life insurance, pet insurance, an employee assistance program, employee discounts on car rentals, and commuter benefits.
