Compensation : $170K-$220K DOE

Ideal Candidate Background
- CPA- preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Public Accounting
- Ability to build and service partnerships and high net worth individuals with estate, gift and trust tax planning, and compliance needs
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships
- Direct work with partnerships, real estate entities, and high-net-worth individuals
- Exposure to complex tax planning including estates, trusts, and gift tax strategies
- True leadership role with responsibility for mentoring and developing staff
- Highly collaborative, family-like culture where people genuinely support one another
- Strong emphasis on continued learning with in-house CPE and Lunch & Learns
- Stable, people-first environment with long-term career growth
