Project AdministratorJoin our dynamic team as a Project Administrator at our facility located in Mount Vernon, Indiana. In this critical support role, you will provide administrative support for the project management team. As a member of our Program Management Team, you will provide, monitor and communicate accurate and timely information ensuring that decisions can be made to ensure contract requirements and industry standards are met or exceeded.Your day to day as a Project Administrator will include managing and overseeing individual contracts within a larger program, working closely with the Project Manager and fellow Project Administrators. You will perform regular financial analysis and review of assigned contracts, analyze financial performance to monthly and annual projections, and work closely with accounting to review projections and justify contract overruns/underruns. You will also communicate with the customer on a daily basis to manage Purchase Orders, Contract Requirements and Invoices, and assist Project Manager with coordinating multiple project meetings, submittals, and assignments.Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree with two years of related experience or a minimum of 6 years of related experience in a technical manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to work as part of team and as an individual contributor and communicate effectively to both internal and external customers is required.
