Reporting to the Community Manager, you will be responsible for addressing service requests promptly, conducting pool care, landscaping, grounds maintenance, and daily preventive maintenance.Responsibilities:Address all service requests promptly and efficiently.Conduct pool care, landscaping, grounds maintenance, and daily preventive maintenance.Uphold safety standards and practices to create a secure environment for residents and team members.Qualifications:EPA or HVAC certification is required.Preferred experience in pool operation and maintenance.Minimum of 2 years of related work experience is preferred.
