Our organization is on the lookout for a Hospitalist to become part of our vibrant team in Bloomington, Indiana, the home of a prominent university.

• Become a member of a well-established group of physicians and advanced practice providers, benefiting from strong leadership and supportive administration.

• This is a full-time position with daytime hours.

• Enjoy a 7 on / 7 off schedule, totaling 25 weeks annually.

• Manage an average of 16-18 patient encounters daily, covering a mix of med-surg, PCU, and minimal ICU care (CLOSED ICU); handle codes with robust specialty support available.

• Responsibilities include hospital admissions, discharges, and coordination with various disciplines and ancillary services; procedures are not mandatory.

• This role is entirely focused on inpatient care.

• Opportunity to engage with medical students; an Internal Medicine Residency Program is set to launch in 2026.

• Candidates must be board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

• A valid medical license in Indiana or eligibility for licensure in the state is required.

The new Regional Academic Health Center, part of our organization, opened its doors in December 2021.
