Outpatient Physical Therapist

Position Full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist Overview MIDWEST ORTHOPAEDICS AT RUSH (MOR) is nationally recognized as a leader in comprehensive orthopedic services. MOR doctors are the official team physicians for the Chicago White Sox, Chicago Bulls, Chicago Fire Soccer Club, and DePaul University Athletics. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and gather appropriate information to determine accurate clinical diagnoses and treatment plans. Establish appropriate, functional, and objective goals based upon clinical examination. Devise detailed treatment and care plans for patients. Provide exceptional patient care and service. Maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; foster a positive work atmosphere through professional communication. Cultivate relationships with patients and the community. Provide continuous communication with referring physicians and other referral sources to ensure a consistent level of care. Maintain patient charts, clinical logs, and checklists necessary for compliance. Ensure patient confidentiality regarding medical records per company policies and HIPAA guidelines. Communicate effectively in a professional setting. Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Current State of Illinois Physical Therapy license (or willingness to apply). CPR Certified. Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $80,000 – $100,000 annualized. Compensation at MOR is determined by many factors, including job‑related skills, level of experience, education, certifications, geographic location, market data, and internal equity.
