Redlands Community Hospital

Redlands Community Hospital is seeking a Care Manager to support the physician and interdisciplinary team in facilitating patient care. The role aims to enhance clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction while managing care costs. The ideal candidate will have a BS degree in nursing, strong analytical and data management skills, along with three or more years of clinical experience.
