Therapy Team Leader

As a Therapy Team Leader at Encompass Health, you’ll coordinate and lead an interdisciplinary therapy team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Partnering closely with physicians and nursing, you’ll oversee patient assessments, care plans, and daily treatment schedules to ensure safe, evidence-based, and goal-directed rehab care.
