We are seeking passionate, service-driven professionals who are excited to be part of this landmark opportunity and help bring the Diamond Cellar experience to Houston.What will you so as a Retail Operations Specialist?To serve as a team member of the administrative department and Sales business unit, assisting Management and Sales staff through administrative support by handling all types of customer transactions, gather information, create and maintain records, and assist customers when necessary.Receive, open, verify, and log all incoming shipments; route items to the correct personnel.Maintain a clean, organized, and secure stockroom and vault that meet company and brand standards.Complete weekly inventory scans and cycle counts; report and help resolve variances.Transfer and receive stock to/from other locations with accurate documentation and system updates.Retag merchandise for price changes and returned stock, ensuring all labels are accurate.Assist with inventory reconciliations, tagging, audits, and physical inventory events.Follow all loss prevention, cash handling, shipping, and receiving procedures.Safeguard merchandise, keys, and access devices; report exceptions or policy violations.Support internal controls for inventory, deposits, discounts, returns, and voids.Process returns and returned sales according to company policies and documentation standards.Complete stock appraisals for customer buyins and tradeins accurately and on time.Prepare daily deposits, reconcile tender totals, and submit End of Day paperwork.Count down cash drawers, maintain change funds, and report overages/shortages promptly.Send all End of Day reports and dockets to the Accounting Department in Dublin.Respond to Sales and Hospitality requests for pulls, transfers, packaging, and information.Maintain adequate levels of office, hospitality, packaging, and janitorial supplies.Keep supply cabinets, shared work areas, and stockroom organized and fully stocked.Assist with preparation and maintenance of sales, service, and client records.Support store routines such as opening/closing, shipment days, inventory events, and brand visits.Help identify and implement improvements to back of house workflows and controls.Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall store operations.What are we looking for in a Retail Operations Specialist?Demonstrated internal customer service mindset with a strong desire to support Sales and Hospitality teams.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory, documentation, and cash related tasks.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced, luxury retail environment while meeting deadlines.Strong organizational and follow through skills, with a focus on maintaining orderly, standards compliant back of house spaces.Highest level of integrity, trust, and confidentiality when handling high value merchandise, financial information, and client data.Comfortable working with inventory, POS, and basic office systems (e.g., stock systems, email, spreadsheets); experience with inventory or warehouse systems is preferred.Prior experience in luxury retail, jewelry/watches, inventory control, banking, or loss prevention support strongly preferred.Why would you love working for Diamond Cellar?Medical, Dental, Vision coverage – Medical coverage starts day oneCompany paid life insurance401(k) program with a company discretionary matchPaid Time OffOpportunity to work with the top brand in the luxury spaceBe a part of a passionate, loyal, dedicated teamIf you’re passionate about luxury and creating unforgettable experiences, apply today and become part of the Diamond Cellar family!Diamond Cellar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.All candidates must have the legal right to work in the United States.Selected candidate must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening. #J-18808-Ljbffr Priority Dispatch Corp.
