About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary and collaborative academic leader to take on the role of Division Head in Hematology, Oncology, Neuro-Oncology, and Stem Cell Transplant. This is a prestigious opportunity to lead a high-performing division within one of the nation's premier pediatric cancer and blood disorders programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership across research, clinical operations, faculty development, and education, with a strong focus on advancing an inclusive and patient-centered culture. The role demands a distinguished record in academic achievement, program building, and success in pediatric hematology/oncology research and clinical care. Candidates for the Division Head position must possess an MD or MD/PhD, board certification in pediatric hematology, oncology, and stem cell transplant, and qualifications for appointment at the Associate Professor or Professor level. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in pioneering research, multidisciplinary care, and world-class education, and will be dedicated to transforming outcomes for children. The role offers the opportunity to shape the future of pediatric cancer and blood disorders care, and the Division Head will work closely with a large team of faculty members and advanced practice providers, maintaining a strong portfolio of extramural funding and national research collaborations.
