Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description
We are hiring Warehouse Associates for a hands-on role focused on material handling and product movement. This position does not require forklift experience , making it a great opportunity for candidates with basic warehouse experience.
Responsibilities

• Load and unload products using manual pallet jacks
• Palletize and depalletize boxes efficiently and safely
• Sort, stack, and prepare shipments for distribution
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols

Essential Skills

• Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
• Capability to pass a 5th-grade math test.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work history.

Work Environment
The facility operates on three shifts: 1st shift from 7am-3:30pm, 2nd shift from 3pm-11:30pm, and 3rd shift from 11:30pm-7:30am. Optional overtime is available on weekends. Employees work in an ESD facility requiring smocks and heel straps, ensuring a safe and professional atmosphere.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.80/hr.
