They will also be focusing on coaching and leading the operations team to effectively and safely attain production and quality targets. Furthermore, they will be responsible for supervising and training warehouse staff to ensure adherence to production schedules, company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.**Essential Job Functions*** Coordinate warehouse schedules and work closely with Operations Manager/Director of Operations* Direct warehouse personnel and activities to ensure compliance with client contracts* Prepare status and production reports* Communicate receipt and processing of client products* Interacting and training of new employees including temp staff* Communicate and ensure the safety and welfare of all employees* Related administration duties## Qualifications**Job Specifications – includes Education, physical and mental demands, and working conditions*** Minimum two years warehouse supervisory experience* Ability to become forklift certified* Understanding of warehousing operations with experience in a distribution and/or fulfillment environment.* Skills in leadership, organization, communication and cross functional teamwork.* Good written and verbal communication skills* Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment* Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.* Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word.* College education a plus or work experience equivalent #J-18808-Ljbffr AMS Fulfillment
