We are seeking a skilled ICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized care to critically ill patients. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional clinical expertise and compassionate patient support in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess critically ill patients to identify changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precision.
• Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and interventions.
• Educate patients and families on treatment processes and health management.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in good standing.
• Proven experience in ICU or critical care nursing.
• Strong knowledge of advanced life support and critical care equipment.
• Excellent assessment, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
