We are offering a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment) for the Occupational Therapy Assistant COTA. This is a casual position.

The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant COTA provides quality Occupational Therapy services including direct care and treatment under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist in an interdisciplinary environment at Lutheran SeniorLife facilities/agencies including, as assigned, skilled nursing facilities, LIFE programs, home health and/or outpatient clinics.

Qualifications

For Occupational Therapy Assistant COTA:

• Associate's degree (A. A.) from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training preferred. Working knowledge of computer software required for documentation and communication.
• Maintains current PA License as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, including meeting continuing education requirements.
