This ideal person will have excellent organizational, technical, communication and documentation skills and can communicate with clients at a high level.Responsibilities & QualificationsResponsibilities:Maintain and grow client relationshipsBe the point of contact and lead on complex projectsCollaborate with Director of Operations on resource management for assigned projectsExperience compiling and writing fee proposals, project interviewsResponsible for managing scope, schedule and budget of assigned projectsEffectively coordinate schedules for all disciplinesLead project kickoff meetingEffectively maintain reports and dashboard in Deltek VisionConsulting responsibilities including participation in due diligence, energy studies, and feasibility reportsRepresent Introba by attending meetings and presentationsDesign and engineer HVAC systems for new installations, system retrofits, system replacement, and system upgradesQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Architectural EngineeringProfessional Engineer license requiredSignificant project experience with an emphasis on projects in Government, Healthcare, Higher Education, Aviation or Data Center markets are highly preferred.Demonstrated technical proficiency in several of our mechanical focus areas, for example: central chilled water & boiler plants, large air handling systems, data centers and critical facilities, energy modeling and cost benefit analysis, steam and hydronic distribution systems, building energy management systems, ASHRAE standards and guidelines.Project Management experience requiredAdditional InformationIntroba is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $118,000 - $176,000 annually for this position and local market.
