CRNA Opportunity At HCA Florida Northside Hospital

Qualified candidates/opportunity highlights:

• Care team model of 2 cardiac, 4 general anesthesiologists and 6 CRNAs
• Diverse mix of cases including, general surgery, cardiac, ortho, endo, neuro, spine, vascular, robotics, etc. No OB/trauma/peds.
• No call. Shift model: 8s or 10s available.
• Docs cover nights/weekends and can do their own cases.
• CRNAs are able to perform peripheral nerve blocks, do own lines and airway management with demonstrated proficiency.

Incentive/benefits package:

• Very competitive base salary plus $10K geographic stipend. Additional $15K stipend if cardiac proficient.
• $75K start date bonus and $10K relocation assistance available.
• Time away from practice starting at 8 weeks frontloaded- not accrued.
• Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift or opts to pick-up extra.
