Host / Hostess - Boulder Country Club

Boulder Country Club is looking for a friendly, polished, and high-energy Host/Hostess to join our team. As the first and last point of contact, you play a key role in creating a welcoming, seamless dining experience for our members and guests. If you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and being part of a team that takes pride in great service (while still having fun), this is a great fit.

What You'll Do:

• Greet members and guests with a warm, confident, and professional presence
• Manage seating and waitlists to keep the dining room running smoothly
• Stay aware of table status and help maintain an organized flow of service
• Provide accurate wait times and communicate clearly with guests and team members
• Present menus and share daily features when needed
• Keep the host stand, menus, and entry areas clean and well-stocked
• Support the team and jump in where needed during busy shifts
• Other duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For:

• Outgoing, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Availability for weekends and some weekdays
• Minimum 2 shifts per week - hours of operation: Tues - Sunday
• Hospitality experience is a plus, but not required-we'll train the right person

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Continuously standing during the entire shift.
• Frequently required to walk; sit; stoop; bend; and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Occasionally encounter hazards, including slipping and tripping
