The main purpose of the Seasonal Sales Associate is:

• Driving sales, establishing, and maintaining customer relationships by delivering superior customer service and assists in the merchandising and maintenance of the floor.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting all EVE guests in an efficient and courteous manner.
• Defining, communicating, and maintaining high standards of guest service at all times.
• Providing a luxury lifestyle experience for all guests as they visit EVE.
• Maintaining a strong knowledge of offerings at EVE and can guide guests to appropriate merchandise, accessory options, gift ideas, etc.
• Anticipating the services sought after by ascertaining the mood and style of the guest; identifying solutions before being asked.
• Developing strong working relationships with EVE management, teammates, and vendors.
• Actively researching shopping and experiential trends to ensure EVE can provide guests with services both expected and unexpected.
• Corresponding with guests who require follow up or solutions.
• Participating in and successfully completing all training programs.
• Acting as a store ambassador within EVE to highlight the store's services, amenities, and events.

Desired qualifications include:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be extremely organized.
• Must possess good math/counting skills.
• Must have outstanding written/verbal communication.
• Must have retail/merchandising knowledge.

Schedule: Flexible, includes days, evenings, and weekends.
