Job Summary The Machine Operator is responsible for safely operating fabrication equipment to produce high-quality parts that meet production specifications. This role supports daily manufacturing operations by maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor heavy fabrication equipment such as press brakes, plate rollers, CNC plasma or oxy-fuel tables, ironworkers, and large band saws Handle and process heavy-gauge steel and structural materials Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders Measure, inspect, and verify parts using precision tools to ensure compliance with specifications Perform basic machine maintenance, adjustments, and troubleshooting Safely rig, load, and unload materials using overhead cranes, forklifts, or hoists Why Join HWH?
