Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Experience evaluating and treating adult and pediatric patients in outpatient, home health, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to perform diagnostic muscle, nerve, joint and functional ability tests and develop measurable treatment goals.
• Experience providing patient/family education, documentation of progress, and communication with interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to provide guidance to PT assistants, aides, and students. Preferred: previous supervisory or preceptor experience.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Home Health.
• Job Type: Travel assignment, 40 hours per week, 13-week duration.
• Start Window: Late June through September timeframe.
• Candidates must be able to treat adult and pediatric patients and complete required documentation and quality initiatives.
