Fuel Payables Clerk I

Our Wholesale Fuel Payables department is currently seeking a Fuel Payables Clerk to accurately reconcile fuel supplier invoices, ensuring timely and precise payment processing. Job Functions: Payable match gas, diesel, and bio-fuel supplier invoices in RightAngle – verifying that the supplier billed Musket correctly by reviewing pricing, product, and taxes. Making necessary corrections to the movement document when needed. Ensure accuracy of supplier invoices and internal data before processing invoices. Calculate adjustments in system as needed. Proactively contact suppliers to request credits for incorrect billing, missing invoices, etc. Work frequently with other departments and outside companies to obtain necessary information to payable match fuel invoices accurately. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines. Requires direct supervision on all range of duties and assignments. Other duties assigned as needed Experience and Qualifications: High school Diploma or equivalent required Some college a plus Experience in analyzing and/or auditing large amounts of data and data entry.
