Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across assigned areas as part of a split/float position
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adapt to varying patient populations and clinical environments as required by the float assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to work a day shift schedule with a guaranteed 30 hours per week
• Willingness and ability to float across multiple areas as assigned

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a split or float therapy role
• Ability to quickly adapt to new clinical settings and patient populations
