This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactional matters, including: Debt and equity capital markets offerings Mergers and acquisitions SEC compliance, reporting, and securities law matters Corporate and transactional counseling for a diverse client base Qualifications: 3+ years of experience with a large law firm practicing corporate, securities, capital markets, and M&A law Strong transactional drafting and deal execution skills Significant experience handling capital markets transactions and SEC reporting matters Prior securitization or aviation industry experience is a plus Strong academic credentials and a J.D. from an accredited law school Admission to, or eligibility for admission in, Illinois, New York, DC, or Florida Why Consider This Opportunity?
