Social Media Director (West Palm Beach)

We are partnering with an established global consumer brand to hire a social media leader who can shape strategy, grow audiences, and strengthen brand consistency across international markets.

This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on leadership across organic social, paid media, and influencer marketing.

What you’ll own:

• Global social strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other key platforms.
• Creator and influencer partnerships, including opportunities around TikTok Shop and social commerce.
• Paid social strategy, agency oversight, budget allocation, and performance measurement.
• Collaboration with international partners to adapt campaigns for local audiences while maintaining brand standards.
• Team development and guidance for regional social media teams.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience leading social media for established consumer, retail, fashion, lifestyle, or related brands.
• Direct ownership of campaigns across multiple countries and markets.
• Strong, current expertise in TikTok, YouTube, Meta, paid social, and influencer marketing.
• A track record of measurable audience growth and campaign performance.
• The ability to advise senior leadership, manage agencies, and connect social strategy to business priorities.
