Behavioral Technician (ABA Therapy)
Location: Inver Grove Heights, MN | Pay: $20–$23/hr
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time | In-person (Center-Based Only)

Lotus Care Autism Center provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with autism. We’re hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) to work 1:1 with clients at our clinic under the supervision of a BCBA.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy to children in a structured clinic setting

• Follow individualized treatment and behavior plans

• Collect data and monitor progress

• Collaborate with supervisors and attend team meetings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Bachelor’s in psychology, education, or related field (preferred)

• RBT certification is a plus (Training available but unpaid)

• Strong communication skills & flexible availability
