California Licensed Senior Accountant

Owning the full accounting cycle, the full-time California Licensed Senior Accountant will manage general ledger maintenance, month-end close, and financial reporting for a multi-site healthcare organization while working remotely with some in-office flexibility. Key Responsibilities Ensure timely and accurate financial statements that reflect the performance of the organization Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts across all clinic locations, resolving discrepancies efficiently Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights for strategic decision-making Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA license or active CPA candidacy preferred 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a healthcare or multi-site environment Deep knowledge of GAAP and experience with ASC 842, ASC 606, and financial reporting Experience with healthcare revenue cycle accounting and familiarity with CPT codes and insurance adjudication Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems, along with advanced Excel skills
