Job Summary and Responsibilities

As an Emergency Services Registered Nurse (RN) you will be a pivotal healthcare professional delivering compassionate high-quality care that truly impacts our patients well-being and recovery.

• Provides comprehensive safe and effective evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient.
• Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities balanced with the needs and comfort of the patient.
• Demonstrates accountability for own ethical behavior and supports ethical practice by addressing and/or escalating issues.
• Recognizes limits of scope of practice seeks multidisciplinary collaboration utilizes appropriate resources and follows chain of command.
• Recognizes assesses and responds promptly to changes in patient condition within established timeframes.
• Delegates safely based on patient status potential for harm task complexity and team members competency/scope

Job Requirements

• Registered Nurse: AZ or Compact State license
• Two years recent ED experience
• American Heart Association
  • Basic Life Support - CPR
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support

Preferred

• Bachelors Of Nursing Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
