Managing document workflows, the remote Document Specialist will ensure accuracy and compliance by processing and quality-checking documents, reviewing incoming claims, and collaborating with internal teams to address discrepancies and maintain operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Manage document workflows, including processing, quality assurance, and adherence to internal procedures Conduct incoming claim reviews, assign statuses, and organize data for accuracy and proper routing Collaborate with internal teams to maintain import queues, reconcile balances, and validate charges Required qualifications Healthcare background preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and adaptable to company-specific software Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking abilities
