Multi Site Service Manager

Imperial, 4672 Dewey Ave, Rochester, New York, United States of America Job Description We’re looking for a Multi-Site Service Manager who brings a “whatever it takes” mindset to the team. In this full-time role, you’ll oversee the physical condition of multiple communities, ensuring they consistently meet company standards as well as all applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities Establish and manage a 24-hour on-call schedule for multiple sites; respond as necessary. Adhere to a preventive maintenance schedule for all property equipment and apartment systems across multiple sites. Develop and lead a team of Maintenance Technicians through diagnosing problems and providing a resolution. Mentor and guide maintenance technicians to increase their overall knowledge base and skill set. Partner with office team members to provide exceptional service and follow-up to residents on any maintenance issues that may arise. Manage and organize inventory of all maintenance materials. Establish a preventive maintenance schedule, make‑ready schedule, and general work order schedule for the team. Regularly inspect community buildings, including vacant units. Compensation & Incentives Base Pay: $29 – $33 Up to 50% Rent Discount Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions On‑Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match Generous Paid Time Off, including 10 holidays per year and sick leave Monday – Friday: 8 AM – 4:30 PM Paid rotating on-call participation required Must be available and prepared for emergency events Schedule subject to change based on business needs What we’ll expect from you Active and valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred.
