We are a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial operations.

This role is approximately 16-24 hours per week and (majority remote work), with the potential to grow over time. The ideal candidate is experienced, efficient, and comfortable working independently, with a strong focus on billing, accounts receivable, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Experience with MSP tools such as ConnectWise is a plus. Training will be provided for our ConnectWise financial workflows and its integration with QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer invoicing, including recurring billing and contract-based services
• Utilize and maintain billing workflows within ConnectWise, including syncing with QuickBooks
• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and handle collections in a professional and consistent manner
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), including vendor payments and expense tracking
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Process payroll, expenses and track employee PTO
• Maintain and manage QuickBooks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and submit any reports to CPA as necessary)
• Support year-end close and coordinate with external CPA

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
• Strong experience with QuickBooks
• Experience with billing and collections
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Able to work independently and manage priorities in a part-time schedule

Nice to Have

• Experience with ConnectWise or similar PSA tools
• Experience in MSP, IT services, SaaS, or recurring revenue environments
• Familiarity with contract-based or subscription billing models

Schedule

• Part-time: ~16-24 hours per week (flexible schedule)
• Opportunity for increased hours and growth as the company scales

What This Role Is Not

• This is not a CFO or strategic finance role
• This role does not handle tax strategy (handled by external CPA)
