Project/Product Manager
Location: Pomona, CA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite: Mon & Tue) Type: Contract - W2 Pay Rate: $60/hr - $68/hr on W2 Duration: 06/15/2026 – 12/14/2027 Schedule: M–F | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Overview: Seeking a Project/Product Manager to support and manage a portfolio of 20+ large-scale interconnection and infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery of scope, budget, and schedule commitments while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple utility/construction projects simultaneously
- Track project scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Coordinate with internal teams and external customers
- Facilitate large construction/project meetings
- Support project documentation and reporting
- Ensure project commitments and milestones are achieved
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of project/product management experience
- Construction project management experience
- Strong communication (written & verbal) skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Experience handling competing priorities in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent)
- Related degree with project delivery experience
Work Environment: Hybrid role with customer-facing interaction supporting large utility infrastructure projects averaging $5–6M in value.
