The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) supports the implementation of occupational therapy services to help students achieve academic success and independence. Working under the supervision of a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT), the COTA assists in addressing students' physical, sensory, and cognitive needs within the educational setting. Full Time position Work Calendar: "10 Month" (Monday - Friday) Follows the school calendar between August - May Annual Salary: $42,500 - $47,416 based on years of prior experience + Hiring Bonus of $3000 ($1000 in the first paycheck and $2000 at the start of year 3) Benefits - All full-time PUSD employees receive the following benefits in addition to their salary: Medical Insurance valued at over $11,000 per year. PUSD has numerous health insurance plans available. The District covers 100% of the employees insurance premiums with most plans. Some plans include cost sharing with PUSD.
