Sales Operations Analyst — $40/hr | Onsite (Austin, TX)

What You'll Do:

• Process customer purchase orders and coordinate sales orders with our teams in Japan
• Prepare and provide accurate quotations and order updates to customers
• Rely on Microsoft Office for manual tracking and maintaining detailed sales activity databases
• Track each product’s journey, from order to shipment, ensuring timely and efficient processing
• Attend and contribute to inside sales meetings, maintaining a high level of confidentiality
• Communicate proactively with customers to resolve billing issues and provide status updates
• Support Sales Specialists in generating new business and managing sales orders
• May delegate tasks or supervise support staff as needed
• Heavily utilize email and internal systems for communication and coordination

What You Bring:

• 2–3 years’ experience in sales support, order processing, or related administrative roles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); willingness and ability to learn new internal systems
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience (2–5 years in a high-tech, fast-paced sales support environment)
• Bilingual skills in Japanese are a plus, but not required
