Function: Project manager (m/f) Contract: Full-time (39 hours) Workshop: Dadizele After a short familiarisation period, as Project Manager you will become the central point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for the full implementation of projects involving the installation of windows, doors and alu constructions. Quality and customer satisfaction are key here. In this role, you will take on full project management - from site preparation (measuring) to execution (drawing) and administrative follow-up (orders). You will monitor the planning, supervise smooth execution and ensure that everything is down to the last detail. You are a point of contact for internal and external partners when it comes to technical questions on current projects. You will be managed by and report to the company management and work closely with colleagues in estimation, production and site managers. Who are we looking for? Education and professional experience: You hold a Bachelor - Master degree or equivalent through experience. You feel like taking responsibility in a high-growth, dynamic organisation. You possess a good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel,...) and AutoCAD. Affinity with the construction industry is definitely a plus. You are a creative mind who thinks and acts solution-oriented. You are not managing problems but solutions. Skills: You communicate, both in writing and orally, fluently in Dutch. Knowledge of French and English is a plus but not required. You have a smooth, friendly demeanour and possess a good sense of humour. You are dynamic, conscientious, independent, with a sense of responsibility and initiative.
