The ideal Craftsman candidate will possess a good overall knowledge of all trades: Plumbing Carpentry Tile Electrical Proper Equipment Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks. Troubleshooting Skills Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner. Excellent Communication Skills Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
