A long-standing food manufacturing company in western Ohio is looking to add a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician to their team. This company has been in business for nearly 75 years and continues to invest heavily into both their people and facility growth.


The operation runs 2 production shifts with sanitation on 3rd shift and employs just under 250 people. They’ve built a very stable culture with low turnover, strong employee retention, and a leadership team focused on long-term growth and internal promotion.


This is not just another maintenance opening - they are looking for someone they can develop into future Maintenance Lead or Supervisor roles.

What They’re Looking For:

• 2-3+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience
• Food manufacturing experience is highly preferred
• Experience with conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, boilers, ovens, ammonia refrigeration, and PLCs is a plus
• Someone who can troubleshoot quickly and work well in a fast-paced production environment
• Mechanical and electrical maintenance experience preferred
