Candidate must be extremely professional in appearance and manner, willing to accept direction, quick to learn new things, and computer savvy. Paraplanner will assist Financial Advisors in managing and organizing office workflow.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support to financial advisor ensuring efficient daily office operationsManaged calendars, scheduled appointments, coordinated meetings, and maintained organized workflows in a fast-paced environmentPrepare and maintained client files, reports, correspondence, and confidential documents with a high degree of accuracy and professionalismServe as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and delivering exceptional customer serviceAssist with client onboarding, document collection, and processing while ensuring all records were complete and accurateMaintained databases and performed data entry tasks, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive informationCoordinate communications between clients, internal departments, and external partners to facilitate timely resolution of requests and issuesTrack projects, action items, and follow-up tasks to ensure deadlines and organizational goals were metUtilize Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and other business applications to generate reports, manage records, and support operational needsHandle confidential client and company information with discretion and professionalismIdentified and implemented process improvements that increased efficiency and enhanced the overall client experienceSupport special projects and additional administrative functions as needed to contribute to team success and organizational objectivesAs you are considering applying with Legacy Financial Partners, we encourage you to think outside the box – because we do!
